Marco will be training and guiding you on how to become a real Event/Project Manager, capable of building a successful trade show participation, leading a team and achieving the best possible results for your company.
All business levels can benefit from the above courses. In this increasingly digitized world, to evoke emotions, map them out and try to manage them, and doing it together with others, means putting people, the human being back at the center of everything. He believes that HR managers and executives should be concerned about this aspect, perhaps even more than others.
Outside of Emotional Geography Marco is the CEO of Expo Consulting, a company servicing the exhibitions and events industry, located in Bologna.
He’s the Country Manager of Fira Barcelona for the Italian market and has recently been elected President of a newly formed Association called F.A.I.R. – Fiere Autonome Italiane Riunite, which brings together independent organizers of domestic fairs and events.

Delivered by Marco Bertagni & Marco Barozzi
Business is emotional when it comes to customer experience strategies. The traditional rational consumer model has been challenged by a more intuitive consumer model. Rather than viewing customers as essentially rational in their decision making, the role of emotions in their decision making has received an increasing amount of attention and consideration. It is also a key component of building employee’s and customer’s trust.
The collaboration of fields and disciplines such as marketing, psychology, behavioral economics, and neuroscience have opened this view of consumer behavior understanding. Humans are largely emotional beings and customer behaviour is emotionally driven, almost entirely. We have the science to back it up.
We will go through the latest languages of communication by mapping the values your business wishes to share with potential clients during your exhibition and we will have an overview of how to design an effective booth, while still keeping in mind the main commercial and organizational rules of how to set up a fair, as well as post-exhibition management. We will also update Companies on the latest post-Covid-19 trends in exhibition management.
