We bring experience from our roles as Coaches, CEOs, Actors, Students, Film Directors, Dancers, Artists, Project Managers, Office Workers, Singers, Lawyers, Poets and Authors, Business Leaders, Doctors and so much more. We speak many languages and live and work in many different cultural environments.
Our Geographers of Emotions (GOEs) have been trained in the methodology of Geo-Emotional Mapping and they have taken that methodology and combined it with their individual skills, knowledge and experience as they design and deliver the services you will find in the Festival Halls.

WHAT EMOTIONAL GEOGRAPHY MEANS TO US
In March 2022 many of the Geographers of Emotions came together in Anzio to launch this Festival of Emotions. At the launch event this is what we all had to share with you about our connections to this group, each other, and what EMME can do in the world today.

MARCO BERTAGNI
Marco is the founder and visionary behind the methodology of Geo-Emotional Mapping and the Co-Director of Emotional Geography UK Ltd. He brings over thirty years of experience in international trade, lobbying and entrepreneurship to the festival in his courses, journeys and games.
He is also a lifelong traveler with a thirst for experiencing different cultures and landscapes.
ALI BAGLEY
Ali is a Co-Director of Emotional Geography UK Ltd and looks after all of the Geographers of Emotions, developing and delivering their training and supporting them in their service development. Ali brings over 30 years of project and proposals management experience which she shares in her business courses.
She is also a qualified Business Writers Coach and a best selling author of business help books.

MARIE-ANNA RECK - LIFE COACH & TEACHER
Marie-Anna is a Life Coach, and a teacher who has worked in three different continents and been challenged with having to deal with diversities such as cultural, religious and racial obstacles which have brought her a rich understanding into the psyche of every individual from the smallest to the biggest. There are no limits in her connecting with people of all spectrums of the world.
CHARMAINE BARBER - MINDSET & CONFIDENCE COACH
Charmaine is an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and TimeLine Coach. She uses many different tools, including her life experiences to help others which draw on psychotherapy, human behaviour, and neuro-science.
BERND GIBSON - LEARNING EXPERIENCE & CULTURE EXPERT
Bernd is a Learning Experience Designer and Facilitator in the intercultural field. Based in France he helps students and professionals prepare for and adapt to multicultural and diverse environments. Bernd is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion as a leverage for creativity, innovation, problem-solving and ultimately, peace.
DIOGO ANTUNES - BUSINESS STUDENT
Diogo is a Portuguese student and excellent basketball player. He has designed services around sport and mental agility with Marco Bertagni.
LUCIA LAMONARCA - COFOUNDER OF MISE EN FABLE
Empowering Sustainability I Institutional Relations I Marketing & Communications I Content Strategy. Her passion is table setting for engagement.
MELISSA RODRIGUEZ - ARCHITECT
Melissa studied Architecture at ITESM in Mexico, and she graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning and Urban Design at Politecnico di Milano in 2021.

Founder and CEO of Expo Consulting, a company servicing the exhibitions and events industry located in Bologna, Italy. With thirty-years experience of international markets, Marco is highly regarded by organizations, associations and institutions at a domestic and international level.
AISHA CHAUDHRY - HAPPINESS AND MINDSET COACH
Aisha was born in the United Kingdom and graduated in Law which included an Erasmus study in Portugal. She then went on to qualify as a Barrister in England and Wales after finishing a Postgraduate diploma in Law. Aisha’s roles include those in the legal capacity, as a business manager and in business development . . .

CATERINA LIGIOS - EXPERIENCE GUIDE
Caterina is a licensed tour guide in Venice and she is runs the Venice Experience Project. This promotes a different way of experiencing the city and it’s lagoon, respecting the fragility of the place and telling it’s story by tapping into it’s emotions, secrets and memories.

Ernesto is an Italian entrepreneur who brings his extensive knowledge of business to EMME as an advisor and friend.
JO WILKIE - PSYCHOLOGIST
.Jo is an intercultural psychologist and expert in mental health and migration and the promotion of resilience living in Barcelona
MONICA GAMBELLI - COUNSELLOR IN FAMILY AND SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATIONS
Monica graduated from e-Campus University in 2019 in Psychological Sciences and Techniques with a thesis on the encounter between psychology and geography and the emotional impact of places.

Jo runs www.thewellnessnetwork.co.uk, bringing together experts in the field of health and wllbeing in suppor of each othes businesses. She is a new Geographer of Emotions and is looking forward to using our methoology in her services.
REBECCA WILSON - BUSINESS SUPPORT TO NON PROFIT
Rebecca lives in Montana with her daughter where she works as a business support consultant. mainly o non-profit organisations in the US.
FRANCESCA PARADISO - SHAMAN AND MINDSET COACH
Francesca is Italian but also fluent in English and Spanish. She uns events and courses designed to release you from your past and move you to your best future.

KONSTANZE HALENTZ - INTERNATIONAL TRADE EXPERT
Konstanze is originally from Germany, now living in France with her family after working for a Brazillian National Industrial Federation in Santa Cateina. She speaks German, Portuguese, English and French and plan to develop her international trade services with the EMME methodology.
GLORIA OGUNBADEJO - ANCESTRAL HEALER AND REVEREND
Based in the UK Gloria is a cetified coach specialising in ancestral healing. She also woks for Diabetes awareness.
LUZIA BERECHET - COACH
Luzia is oan accredited life coach and advocate for disadvantaged women. Based in Ireland she is of Angolan and portuguese heritage.
AILSA TULLOCH - CAMERA CONFIDENCE AND DIVORCE COACH
Ailsa is a film producer and director who shares her knowledge of all things camera through her courses and events. Also a certified coach specialising in divorce.
